Work Description - Sanitary Work Of Residential And Non Residential Building At Various Place Mlsu (rate Contract)

Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, a State Government institution, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: EO/06) for the **Sanitary work of Residential and Non-Residential Buildings at various locations within MLSU, to be executed on a Rate Contract basis.** This critical Civil Works project, valued at approximately ₹9,50,000, requires a commitment of ₹19,000 as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and a non-refundable tender fee of ₹1,090 (comprising ₹590 Tender Fee and ₹500 Processing Fee). Both EMD and fees are payable offline, preferably via Bankers Pay Order (BPO), to "EO, MLSU" at EO, MLSU. The contract will be awarded on a Percentage basis, with a projected work completion period of 240 days and a bid validity of 90 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit their proposals in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including Tender fees, Processing fees, EMD, Firm Registration, GST Registration), and Cover 2 for the Financial bid (BOQ). The bid submission window opens on July 2, 2026, at 01:00 PM and closes on July 11, 2026, at 05:00 PM. Bids will be opened on July 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM at EO, MLSU.
