The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through its Regional office in Jaipur, is pleased to invite bids for consultancy services for the Independent Engineer (IE) role for the four-laning of the Jhunjhunu-Chirawa-Pacheri section of National Highway-11, extending from design kilometer 0.00 to 66.700, and including the Chirawa Northern Bypass from design kilometer 0.00 to 10.260, both situated on State Highway-13 in the State of Rajasthan, to be executed on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) basis. This Open Tender opportunity, identified by Tender Reference Number RJ/DPP/AP/2025-26/1355 and Tender ID 2026_MoRTH_919707_1, requires a Tender Fee of ₹5,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹10,00,000, payable to RPAO Jaipur MoRTH.
