The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for the "SPL REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF CEILING FAN IN CERTAIN BLDGS ALONGWITH ASSOCIATED WORKS AGAINST BER AND PROVN OF GEYSERS FOR CERTAIN LIVING ACCN AT AF STN SURATGARH," as detailed in Tender Reference Number 8329/E8. This is a works contract under the item rate form of contract. The estimated tender value is ₹45,00,000 and is open to Class D and above Cat b(i) contractors. Interested parties can download tender documents from February 23, 2026, 02:00 PM until March 17, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between March 10, 2026, 09:00 AM and March 17, 2026, 06:00 PM. A fixed EMD of ₹90,000 is required, payable to GE AF SURATGARH at Suratgarh, with EMD exemption allowed through BG/ST. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is also applicable, payable to GE AF SURATGARH at Suratgarh. Bid opening is scheduled for March 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM at GE AF SURATGARH.
