E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for the provision of miscellaneous works, specifically the provision of 16 energy-efficient LED street light fittings with poles around the KLP along with the boundary wall, 5 split ACs with voltage stabilizers in the JCOs Mess (Club), and the supply and installation of four electric chimneys (one for the Officer's Mess and one for the JCO's Mess). This is an item-rate contract with Tender Reference Number GE (N) BKN-TOKEN/40/2025-26. The estimated tender value is ₹16,94,000, with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹33,880 and a tender fee of ₹500, both payable to GE(N) Bikaner. The EMD can be submitted via BG/ST or through EMD exemption. Tender documents are available for download from December 15, 2025, until January 5, 2026 (6:00 PM).
