Work Description - Repair And Maintenance Of Submersible Pumpsets,centrifugal Pumpsets And Allied Works Under Age (i) Pokaran

The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services (MES) invites open tenders for the repair and maintenance of submersible and centrifugal pumpsets, along with all allied works, under the jurisdiction of AGE (I) Pokaran. The estimated tender value is ₹9,90,000.00. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting January 7th, 2026, from 09:00 AM, with the final date for document download and bid submission being January 28th, 2026, until 06:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹19,800.00 is required, payable to AGE I Pokaran, with exemptions possible through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500.00 is also applicable, payable to AGE I Pokaran, via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. The bid opening date is scheduled for January 31st, 2026, at 09:00 AM at the office of AGE I Pokaran, located at Military Station, Pokaran-345021. Tenderers should note that this tender is based on an Item Rate contract. Required documents for submission include scanned copies of application, DD for tender cost, enlistment letter (for enlisted contractors) or relevant documents as per SRL No. 11 of NOT and Note No. (d) of APPX A to NOT (for un-enlisted contractors), GST registration, EPF registration certificate and BOQ in specified format.
