The Medical and Health Organisation, a State Government and UT entity, invites open tenders for the construction of a SHC (Sub Health Centre) building at Tesgaon, district Karauli. Tender reference number is NIT No.29/2025-26 EEM and H Div Bharatpur/. The Executive Engineer M and H, Dn. Bharatpur is the inviting authority. This percentage-based contract is valued at ₹52,00,000, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,04,000, representing 2.0% of the tender value, payable through RTGS/NEFT/any other money transfer system as per NIT. Tender documents can be downloaded from March 6th, 2026, 04:00 PM until March 12th, 2026, 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between March 6th, 2026, 04:00 PM and March 12th, 2026, 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is March 13th, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Executive Engineer M and H, Dn. Bharatpur. The construction period is 180 days, and the bid validity is 90 days. The tender fee is ₹2,500, including a processing fee of ₹1,500 and a tender fee of ₹1,000, also payable via RTGS/NEFT. Two covers are required: one for fees/pre-qualification/technical documents (Tender fees, Proc. Fee RTGS/NEFT/Any Other money Transfer System Reference, Firm Registration, GST and other documents as per NIT and Tender document) and the other for the financial bid (Schedule G / BOQ).
