Work Description - Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Replacement, Installation, Erection, Commissioning And Trial Of Pump Transformers And E.o.t. Crane Along With Renovation/electrification Of Pump Buildings And Construction Of Store Rooms For Pumping Stations Of Kanw

The Chief Engineer, IGNP, Bikaner, a State Government and UT organisation, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender (Reference Number: CE 01 OF 2026-27) for the significant works project titled: "Design, manufacturing, supply, replacement, installation, erection, commissioning and trial of pump transformers and E.O.T. crane along with renovation/electrification of pump buildings and construction of store rooms for pumping stations of Kanw". This comprehensive project, valued at approximately ₹13,99,00,000, is located in Loonkaransar and is expected to be completed within 548 days under a Percentage Form of Contract. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹27,98,000 (2.0% of the estimated cost), payable to XEN CENTRAL WORKSHOP DIVISION IGNP at Bikaner, along with a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹12,500 (comprising ₹2,500 processing fee and ₹10,000 tender fee) also payable to XEN CENTRAL WORKSHOP DIVISION IGNP at Bikaner. The e-publication and document download/bid submission commenced on 09-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 21-Jul-2026 at 03:00 PM at the Office of the Chief Engineer IGNP Bikaner. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 07-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM, with the bids scheduled to be opened on 10-Aug-2026 at 03:00 PM. Bidders are required to submit their proposals in three covers: Fee, Pre-Qualification/Technical, and Finance.
