Work Description - Assistance In Operation Of Crystalliser, Filling Of Na2so4 Powder In Bags And Stiching, Shifting, Stacking Of Bags In Crystalliser Plant, Dissolution Of Na2s Flakes And Digging, Shifting Of Sodium Sulphate(glauber Salt) At Hwpk Site

The Heavy Water Board, a Central Government Ministry/Department, through its Tender Inviting Authority, GM HWPK, at GM Office, HWPK, invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in an Open Tender for critical job works at the HWPK Plant site. This tender, referenced as HWPK/PROD/2026/502 (Tender ID: 2026_HWB_907077_2), is for providing assistance in the operation of a crystalliser, including the filling and stitching of Na2SO4 powder bags, shifting and stacking of these bags within the crystalliser plant, dissolution of Na2S flakes, and the digging, shifting of sodium sulphate (Glauber salt) at the HWPK site. The contract type is 'Item Rate' with an estimated tender value of ₹23,56,440. Interested bidders must note the following critical dates: the e-Publication, Document Download Start, and Bid Submission Start Date are all 19th June 2026, from 10:00 AM. The Document Download End Date and Bid Submission End Date are 30th June 2026, at 02:30 PM. The bids will be opened on 6th July 2026, at 03:00 PM. A Bid Validity period of 120 days is required. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹47,129 (representing 2.0% of the tender value) is required, payable to "Pay and account officer HWPK" at "SBI Rawatbhata Branch," with FDR being an accepted instrument. There is no Tender Fee for this procurement. Bidders must submit their proposals under a two-cover system. The first cover (Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical) requires submission of documents related to financial turnover, profit/loss statements, bank solvency/net worth certificates, copies of completion certificates for similar works, registration, GST, EPF, ESI, PAN, EMD copy, compliance with technical specifications, a list of similar works in hand, details of tools, technical staff, and machinery, a tender acceptance letter, and a Make In India Certificate. The second cover (Finance) must exclusively contain the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). All prospective bidders are encouraged to download the comprehensive tender documents and revised NIT, including the revised BoQ, from the e-procurement portal to ensure full compliance with all terms and conditions.
