The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through its Tender Inviting Authority GE AF NAL (Address: GE AF NAL), invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender for "COMPREHENSIVE MAINT TO B/R AND E/M SERVICES INCLUDING DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS IN MD AND OTM BLDGS OF NEW PROJECT AREA AT AF STN AT NAL UNDER GE (AF) NAL". This Civil Works contract, identified by Tender Reference Number GE (AF) NAL /T-22/2026-27, operates on an Item Rate basis with an estimated Tender Value of ₹49,00,000 and a Period of Work of 270 days. Prospective bidders can download tender documents from 22-Jul-2026 06:00 PM until 05-Aug-2026 06:00 PM. Bid submission commences on 29-Jul-2026 06:00 PM and closes on 05-Aug-2026 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 07-Aug-2026 10:00 AM at GE AF NAL. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,000 are required, both payable to GE AF NAL at Bikaner. EMD exemption is allowed through BG/ST. Eligibility criteria stipulate bidders must be "class D and above and category a (i)" as per NIT and tender documents. Bids must be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 (Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical) requiring scanned copies of application, DD/Bankers Cheque, MES Enlistment Letter, EPFO and GST registration certificates, and other documents as specified; and Cover 2 (Finance) containing the BOQ.
