This tender seeks bids for civil works as detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the "Provision of Partition Wall for Extension of Corridor in Power Room, Provision of Radio Antenna Mast and Provision of Separate Glass Cabin for UPS and Battery Bank at AF Station Bikaner under GE (AF) NAL." The work is valued at ₹4,20,000 and has a stipulated period of completion of 120 days. This is an open tender process, inviting applications from contractors enlisted in MES under Class E and above, and Category A(i), or meeting the enlistment criteria as per MOC 2020 for un-enlisted contractors. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹9,000, payable to GE AF NAL, with exemption allowed through BG/ST. A tender fee of ₹300 is also mandatory, payable to GE AF NAL. Bidders are required to submit two covers: Cover 1 containing scanned copies of application on bidder's letterhead, DD/Banker's cheque for EMD, MES enlistment letter (if applicable), EPFO registration certificate, GST registration, and for un-enlisted contractors, all documents meeting enlistment criteria and workload details for one class below contractor. Bids can be submitted from August 12, 2026, at 06:00 PM until August 19, 2026, at 06:00 PM. Bid opening will take place on August 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM at GE AF NAL.
