Work Description - Repair/replacement Of Internal Wiring/ Light Fittings And &#x0d Feactures, Led Tubes And Other Connected Items In Domestic &#x0d Area Under Ge (af) Jaisalmer

The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, acting through the Garrison Engineer (Air Force) Jaisalmer, invites bids for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 8460/GE/E8) for the "REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING/ LIGHT FITTINGS AND FEATURES, LED TUBES AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS IN DOMESTIC AREA UNDER GE (AF) JAISALMER". This critical works project is valued at an estimated ₹28,00,000 and is structured as an Item Rate contract. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within a period of 270 days. Interested eligible bidders must submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹56,000. Both the Tender Fee and EMD are payable to GE (AF) Jaisalmer at Jaisalmer, preferably via Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque. EMD exemption through BG/ST is permitted as per tender conditions. Bids will be accepted through a two-cover system, with the first cover comprising technical and pre-qualification documents (including application, enlistment, proof of tender fee payment, GST, and EPF details), and the second cover containing the financial bid (Tender Documents and BOQ).
