Work Description - Vibhinn Place Par Nali, Cross, Sadak Repairing And Ferocover Lagane And Other Nirman Karya Ki Rate Contract

The Nagar Palika Sikri, on behalf of the Organisation DLB, invites open tenders for the comprehensive work described as "Rate Contract for repairing drains, crossroads, roads, installing ferocovers, and other construction work at various places" (Original Title: VIBHINN PLACE PAR NALI, CROSS, SADAK REPAIRING AND FEROCOVER LAGANE AND OTHER NIRMAN KARYA KI RATE CONTRACT). This significant civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number NPSIKRI/NIRMAN/2026/640-643 DATE 11-06-2026 ENIT 04/2026-27, has an estimated tender value of ₹15,00,000 and is structured as a Percentage Form of Contract. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,500 (comprising ₹1,000 Tender Fee and ₹500 Processing Fee) is required, payable offline to the Executive Officer / MD RISL at Nagar Palika Sikri / Jaipur. Bidders must also submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,000 (2.0% of the tender value), payable offline to the Executive Officer at Nagar Palika Sikri; EMD exemption is allowed for eligible bidders. The bidding process will involve two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/PreQualification/Technical documents (.pdf) and Cover 2 for Finance documents (.xls).
