Work Description - Construction Of An Interlocking Road In Ward No. 33 Extending From Oasis Resort Rajpura Link Road Past The Residence Of Mr. Ravindra Phogat To The Residence Of Rachna Dhaka.

The Executive Officer of the Municipal Board Pilani, an arm of the DLB (State Government & UT), invites Open Tenders (Reference No. NPPILANI/VIKAS/2026-27/1180) for the "Construction of an interlocking road in Ward No. 33 extending from Oasis Resort Rajpura Link Road past the residence of Mr. Ravindra Phogat to the residence of Rachna Dhaka" in Pilani. This Civil Works project has an estimated value of ₹ 24,83,000 and a stipulated completion period of 90 days. Interested bidders are required to pay a Tender Fee of ₹ 1,500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 49,660 (2.0% of the tender value), both payable to the Executive Officer at Nagar Palika Pilani; EMD through BG/ST or exemption is permitted.
