The DLB, a State Government and UT organisation, through its Executive Officer at Nagar Palika Ratangarh, invites highly qualified and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender (Reference Number: 1244-1248) for significant civil works. This critical project encompasses the "Nala/Nali/Cross Nirman/Repair work at ward no. 23 to 45" within the Ratangarh area, with an estimated tender value of ₹ 25,00,000. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 50,000, which is 2.0% of the estimated cost, is required, payable to "Executive Officer" at Ratangarh, with EMD exemption allowed for eligible bidders. Accepted payment instruments for EMD include Demand Draft (DD), Bank Guarantee (BG), Banker's Cheque (BC), and Bankers Pay Order (BPO). The contract will be on an Item Rate basis, and bids will have a validity period of 90 days.
