Work Description - Construction Of Property Chamber, Repairing Of Manhole/ Chamber Frame, Cover And Sewerage Line In Ward No 31 To 60 (new) At Municipal Council Makrana.

The Commissioner, Municipal Council Makrana, on behalf of the State Government and UT Organisation DLB, invites eligible contractors for an Open Tender (Reference Number: REF 1731 DATE 20-07-2026) for the "Construction of Property Chamber, Repairing of Manhole/ Chamber Frame, cover and Sewerage Line in Ward No 31 to 60 (New) at Municipal Council Makrana." This significant Civil Works project, estimated at ₹33,15,000, requires a contract form based on a percentage. A refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹66,300 is payable to the Commissioner at Municipal Council Makrana, and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹1,500 is also applicable, payable to the Commissioner/MDRISL at Municipal Council Makrana/Jaipur, both exclusively via Demand Draft as per the offline payment mode. Interested bidders can download tender documents starting from 20-Jul-2026 at 04:20 PM until 03-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted online between 20-Jul-2026 at 04:20 PM and 03-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical and Financial bids, submitted in two covers, will be opened on 03-Aug-2026 at 04:00 PM at the Municipal Council Makrana. Bids will remain valid for 90 days from the bid opening date.
