Interested bidders must submit their bids between 26-Nov-2025 11:00 AM and 17-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 24-Dec-2025 12:00 PM at the HQ Chief Engineer Project Chetak, Bikaner. An EMD of ₹3,70,500 is required, payable to Chief Engineer (P) Chetak, C/O 56 APO at SBI Bikaner, with exemptions allowed as per tender conditions. This tender requires submission of two covers: Cover 1 containing fee/prequalification/technical documents, including acceptance of tender conditions, bid securing declaration for MSME, working capital details, engineering establishment details, EMD, similar work experience certificates, vehicle/equipment details, performance and integrity pact copies, available bid capacity documents, and PAN/GST documents; and Cover 2 containing the BOQ.
