The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Construction of various buildings for Permanent campus of IIT Jodhpur Phase3A NH 62 Jodhpur Rajasthan including all Civil and electrical works in buildings internal and external services development works including HT cables LT cables lifts HVAC fire fighting and fire alarm street light data networking road culverts sewer lines drainage STP CCTV camera service trenches etc SH construction of type B minus housing 6 blocks g plush 3 including allied services SITC of Sandwich type BBT etc in sindh ESS at IIT Jodhpur at Karwar NH 65 Jodhpur Rajasthan", as per NIT No. 01/AE(E)/PUJ/2025-26 (Revised-7). This electrical works project, managed by AE-E-1, PUJ AIIMS Jodhpur, has an estimated cost of ₹ 1,55,630 and a completion period of 45 days. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,113 is required, payable to Executive Engineer IIT Jodhpur Project Division -I CPWD Jodhpur via DD, FDR, CDR, or BC. The tender document can be downloaded from 26-May-2026 to 03-Jun-2026, and bids must be submitted between 26-May-2026 and 03-Jun-2026 until 03:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 03-Jun-2026 at 03:30 PM.
