The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the construction of a Faculty block (Electrical Manufacturing unit) (G plus 1 ) adjacent to clean room Building for the permanent campus of IIT Jodhpur at Karwar NH-62 Jodhpur Rajasthan. The project encompasses all civil and electrical works within the buildings, including internal services, development work involving HT cable, LT cable, HVAC, Data Networking, Sewer Lines, Drainage etc., with a specific sub-work package for the Construction of Aluminium partition in the first-floor room of the EMU building in pocket B including electrical work. Estimated cost of the project is ₹ 3,83,742, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 7,675, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of EXECUTIVE ENGINEER IIT JODHPUR PROJECT DIVISION-I CPWD JODHPUR.
