Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the construction of various buildings for the permanent campus of IIT Jodhpur Phase 3A at Karwar NH 62, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. This comprehensive project encompasses all civil and electrical works within the buildings, including internal and external services development. Key components include HT and LT cables, lifts, HVAC systems, fire fighting and alarm systems, street lighting, data networking, roads, culverts, sewer lines, drainage, STP, CCTV cameras, and service trenches. Specifically, the project includes the construction of Type B minus housing (6 blocks, G+3) with allied services, SITC of sandwich type BBT, etc., in the Sindh ESS at IIT Jodhpur at Karwar NH 65, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,55,630, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,113 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, or BC, in favor of the Executive Engineer IIT Jodhpur Project Division -I CPWD Jodhpur. The NIT/RFP number is 01/AE(E)/PUJ/2025-26 (Revised-2). Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission end date of March 27, 2026, at 04:00 PM, and a bid opening date of March 27, 2026, at 04:30 PM. Bidders must submit mandatory documents including scanned copies of the EMD receipt, CPWD enlistment order, GST registration certificate, electrical license, address with phone number and email ID with PAN card details, and all other documents as per the NIT.
