The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the "Construction of various buildings for permanent campus of IIT Jodhpur (phase 3A) at Karwar, NH -62, Jodhpur Rajasthan including all Civil and Electrical works in buildings, internal and external services, Development works including HT cables, LT cables, Lifts, HVAC, Fire fighting and fire alarm, street lights, Data networking roads, culverts, sewer lines, Drainage, STP, CCTV cameras, service trenches etc. ( SH- Construction of Type B(-) Housing 6 Blocks G plus 3 including allied services- SITC of Sandwich type BBT etc in sindh ESS at IIT Jodhpur at Karwar, NH -65 Jodhpur Rajasthan.)". This electrical work project, estimated to cost ₹ 1,55,630, requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,113 payable to the Executive Engineer IIT Jodhpur Project Division -I CPWD Jodhpur via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or TC or valid exemption documents. The NIT/RFP number is 01/AE(E)/PUJ/2025-26. Interested bidders must download the tender documents between 17-Feb-2026 04:38 PM and 24-Feb-2026 05:00 PM and submit their bids electronically within the same timeframe. The bid opening date is scheduled for 24-Feb-2026 at 05:30 PM. Key mandatory documents include a scan copy of the EMD, receipt for deposited EMD, CPWD enlistment order, GST registration certificate/undertaking, electrical license/undertaking, address with phone number and email ID with PAN card details, and any other documents as per NIT.
