Work Description - Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation And Maintenance Of Centralized Control And Monitoring System (ccms) For Street Lighting On Highways Under Piu-ludhiana Expressway In The State Of Punjab On Five (05) Year Contract Basis.

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), through its Regional Officer, Chandigarh, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: NHAI/ROCHD/2026-2027/LUDEXP/17) for comprehensive "Works" services. This significant project involves the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation, and Maintenance of a Centralized Control and Monitoring System (CCMS) for Street Lighting along highways falling under the PIU-Ludhiana Expressway in the State of Punjab. The contract will be awarded on an Item Rate basis for a duration of Five (05) Years, equating to a Period of Work of 1825 days, commencing from the project's inception. The project aims to enhance efficiency and management of street lighting infrastructure across a critical highway section. Interested bidders are required to submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹25,000 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹5,00,000. Both the Tender Fee and EMD are payable to the National Highways Authority of India at Panchkula, with acceptable payment instruments including Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, NEFT, and RTGS.
