Work Description - Spl Repair To Bldg No P-30 (01 To 04), P-31 (01 To 04) And P-38 (01 To 08) At Bhattacharjee Enclave And Provn Of 01 X Sanitary Block For Jcos Living Bldg No T-322 Under Age B/r-ii Of Ge (n) Mamun

The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, acting through Garrison Engineer (N) Mamun, invites open tenders for special repairs to buildings located at Bhattacharjee Enclave and provision of a sanitary block under AGE B/R-II of GE (N) Mamun. The work involves repairs to buildings P-30 (01 to 04), P-31 (01 to 04) and P-38 (01 to 08) as well as the construction of a sanitary block for JCOs living in building T-322. This is an item rate contract with an estimated tender value of ₹48,20,000. The period of work is 180 days. Tender documents can be downloaded from December 4th, 2025, until December 25th, 2025, 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between December 18th, 2025, 6:00 PM and December 25th, 2025, 6:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹96,400, representing 2.0% of the tender value, are required, payable offline via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft to Garrison Engineer (N) Mamun, payable at Pathankot. The bid opening date is January 1st, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the office of the Garrison Engineer (N) Mamun.
