The Military Engineer Services (MES), E-IN-C Branch, invites open tenders for "SMART PERIODICALS TO CERTAIN BLDGS AND ASSOCIATED WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AND TECH AREA AT AF STN HALWARA" at Halwara, with Tender Reference Number GE/HAL-51/2025-26.
