The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for special repairs to Building No. P-43, P-44 (Servant Quarters), and P-46 (SM Barrack, Cook House and Dining Hall) of INF BN-I at Military Station Fazilka. This is a works contract under Tender Reference Number CA NO CWE SGNR/TOKEN-92 OF 2025-26. The project, located in GE Abohar, is for civil works and is expected to be completed within 180 days. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,43,275 and a tender fee of ₹1,000, both payable to GE Abohar via Banker's Cheque or Demand Draft. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 06:00 PM on January 12, 2026. Bids will be opened at 06:00 PM on January 13, 2026, at the office of HQ CWE Sri Ganganagar, located at Post Box 48, Sri Ganganagar-335001 (Rajasthan). Required documents include a scanned application letter, DD/Banker's Cheque, enlistment letter, Provident Fund Code Number, GST Registration Number, and documents as per Para 8(b) and Note 6 (a) to (f) of Appendix for un-enlisted contractors, along with the BOQ and Tender Documents, to be submitted in two covers. The bid validity period is 60 days.
