The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Tender Inviting Authority LT COL MD AQIL AZEEM of GE NORTH PATIALA MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, invites Open Tenders (Reference No. GE (N)/TOKEN-48/2026-2027) for the undertaking of "CERTAIN REPAIR TO BML PLANT AND RAW WATER TANK IN AOR OF AGE B/R-I OF GE (N) PATIALA". This significant Civil Works project, to be executed on an Item Rate contract basis over a period of 180 days, is located at GE N PATIALA. Eligible contractors, specifically those categorized under Class E and Cat a (ii), including both MES enlisted and non-enlisted firms as detailed in the Notice Inviting Tender, are encouraged to participate. Tender documents will be available for download from 13-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM until 03-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bid submissions will commence on 27-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM and conclude on 03-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM, with the bids scheduled for opening on 05-Aug-2026 at 09:00 AM. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹50,000 are mandatory, both payable to "GE N PATIALA" at "GE N PATIALA" via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft. Prospective bidders must submit all requisite documents, including proof of EMD/Tender Fee payment, an application on the firm's letterhead, enlistment details (if applicable), GST registration, EPF code number and registration copy, and the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), structured in the two specified covers. All bids shall remain valid for a period of 60 days from the bid opening date.
