Work Description - As Specified In Boq And Tender Documents

The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, specifically GE (S) Mamun, located at MES Complex, Mamun Cantt, Pathankot, invites online open tenders from eligible contractors for the work titled "CERTAIN REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF PVC/PLASTIC PIPES TO GI PIPES, WATER TANKS PLUMBING AND SANITARY FITTINGS IN BHASKAR-II AND III UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE(S) MAMUN." This Civil Works project, under Tender Reference Number GE(S)/M-28/2026-27, is estimated at ₹15,00,000 and has a stipulated completion period of 270 days. The contract will be awarded on an Item Rate basis, and bids will remain valid for 60 days from the bid opening. Prospective bidders can download tender documents starting from 13-Jun-2026, 09:00 AM, until 03-Jul-2026, 06:00 PM. The bid submission period commences on 27-Jun-2026, 09:00 AM, and concludes on 03-Jul-2026, 06:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 11-Jul-2026, 12:00 PM, at GE (S) Mamun. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,000 are required, payable offline via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft to "GE (S) Mamun" at Pathankot. EMD exemption is allowed for eligible bidders via BG/ST or exemption certificates. Tenders are to be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-qualification/Technical documents including required scanned copies such as application, DD for tender fee, enlistment letters, GST registration, PF code, and other NIT specified documents; Cover 2 for Finance, containing the BOQ and Tender Documents.
