The Military Engineer Services (MES), through the E-IN-C Branch and specifically the CWE (AF) Bhisiana, extends an open invitation for bids from eligible and experienced contractors for the significant Civil Works project titled "SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROOF AND ASSOCIATED WORK AT OTM AND MD ACCN AT AF STN HALWARA UNDER GE (AF) HALWARA." This vital project, referenced as CWE(BHI)/HAL-44/2026-27, is located in Halwara, with an estimated tender value of ₹92,95,100 and a stipulated work period of 273 days.
