**TENDER DESCRIPTION** This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued by HQ CWE Sri Ganganagar, an organisation under the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, for the comprehensive repair and resurfacing works at Mil Stn Abohar. The scope of work encompasses the repair of road potholes, the construction of interlocking pathways, the maintenance of road-side furniture, and the resurfacing of specified roads within the military station. This is an open tender process, inviting eligible contractors to submit their bids for this vital infrastructure project. The estimated tender value is ₹50,00,000, with a tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,00,000. The contract will be based on an Item Rate form of contract, and the successful bidder will be awarded a contract with a validity period of 60 days. The work is scheduled for completion within 180 days. This tender requires a two-cover bid submission system, with Cover 1 containing fee, pre-qualification, and technical documents, and Cover 2 containing the financial bid (BOQ). Only contractors enlisted with MES, specifically Class D and above and Category a(v), are eligible to apply. For un-enlisted contractors, specific documentation as per the tender instructions must be provided. Payment for the tender fee and EMD can be made via Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque payable to GE Abohar.
