Work Description - Estimate For Lining / Relining Of Watercourses Of O/l 59400/l Of Rasulpur Dy , Vill- Dhariwal District- Tarntarn Under Ubdc Canal System.(length 900 Mtr)

The Department of Water Resources, Government of Punjab, is pleased to invite sealed bids from eligible contractors for an open tender concerning the "ESTIMATE FOR LINING / RELINING OF WATERCOURSES OF O/L 59400/L OF RASULPUR DY, VILL- DHARIWAL DISTRICT- TARNTARN UNDER UBDC CANAL SYSTEM (LENGTH 900 MTR)". This vital civil works project, with an estimated tender value of ₹13,56,239, aims to improve irrigation infrastructure within the Tarntaran district. The project involves lining or relining approximately 900 meters of watercourses and has a stipulated completion period of 180 days. The bidding process will be conducted in two covers, with the technical bid and financial bid requiring submission in separate .xls documents. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹27,125 is mandatory, with exemptions permissible through Bank Guarantee or Standing Order. A tender fee of ₹3,356 (comprising a processing fee of ₹1,356 and a tender fee of ₹2,000) is also required. Bidders are advised that withdrawals of bids are permitted. The tender documents will be available for download from August 3, 2026, at 09:00 AM, until August 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bid submission period will commence on August 3, 2026, at 09:00 AM and conclude on August 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bid opening will take place on August 14, 2026, at 04:00 PM at the office of the Divisional Engineer, O/o DE FAZILKA AND HARIKE DIVISION FZR.
