Work Description - Supply, Installation, Commissioning, And 5year Operation And Maintenance Of 200 Hp Pump Sets, Vacuum Pumps, Valves, Pipes, And Electrical Panels For Lifting Water From Sirhind Canal Rd 145700r Into Neelon Drain

The Department of Water Resources, through the Executive Engineer (XEN) Ludhiana Drainage, invites eligible bidders for an open tender for the comprehensive "Supply, Installation, Commissioning, and 5-Year Operation and Maintenance of 200 HP Pump Sets, Vacuum Pumps, Valves, Pipes, and Electrical Panels for Lifting Water from Sirhind Canal RD 145700R into Neelon Drain." This critical civil works project, located in Ludhiana, aims to enhance water management infrastructure. The estimated tender value for this item rate contract is ₹15,90,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crore Ninety Lakhs only). A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹31,80,000 (Rupees Thirty-One Lakh Eighty Thousand only) is required, along with a non-refundable tender fee of ₹15,000, which includes a ₹5,000 tender fee and a ₹10,000 processing fee. Bidding documents became available for download and bid submission commenced on March 4, 2026, at 09:00 AM. The deadline for document download and bid submission is July 27, 2026, at 09:00 AM, with the technical bids scheduled to be opened on the same day at 02:00 PM at the XEN Ludhiana Drainage office. The successful bidder will be responsible for a period of work spanning 1825 days (approximately 5 years), covering the installation and subsequent operation and maintenance. Bids will remain valid for 120 days from the bid opening date.
