The Department of Local Government, through the Corporation Engineer of M.C.Pathankot, hereby invites bids for the construction of Concrete Cement (CCF) streets within various wards of Zone No. 1. This open tender, referenced as MC Pathankot/223/CE/2026-27 and bearing Tender ID 2026_DLG_171892_1, encompasses two distinct project components. Firstly, it includes the construction of CCF streets in Dr. Raju, Jeet, Bhuti Baba, Raju Dosa, and Bitu Driver Street in Ward No. 6, with an estimated cost of ₹18.52 Lacs. Secondly, the tender covers the construction of CCF in various streets within Ward No. 8, estimated at ₹31.06 Lacs. The total estimated tender value for this civil works project is ₹1,23,84,010. Bidders are required to submit their bids, which will be opened on August 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM at M.C.Pathankot. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹20,000, comprising a processing fee of ₹10,000 and a tender fee of ₹10,000, is applicable. Additionally, an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,47,681 is mandatory for participation. The contract for this work will be based on the Percentage of contract form, and the successful bidder will be expected to complete the construction within a period of 90 days. The bid validity period is set at 120 days. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on July 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at M.C.Office, Ptk. Interested parties should note that the bid submission period commences on July 14, 2026, 05:40 PM and concludes on August 24, 2026, 05:00 PM. The tender involves two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents and Cover 2 for the Finance (BOQ). Withdrawal of bids is permitted.
