The Department of Health and Family Welfare, through the Executive Engineer of Punjab Health Systems Corporation, invites sealed bids for a comprehensive works contract for the installation and commissioning of an 80 KLD Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). This project involves the design, procurement, construction, installation, and thorough commissioning of the ETP, which will utilize Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) / Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) technology followed by Ultrafiltration (UF) technology. The scope of work encompasses all necessary civil, electrical, mechanical, public health, piping, and instrumentation aspects, including the dismantling of the existing ETP plant.
