The Executive Engineer, Provincial Division, PWD (B&R), SBS Nagar, on behalf of the CE-PWD(B and R), is inviting bids for the construction of an Additional Court Room at the Judicial Court Complex in Balachaur, District SBS Nagar. This is an open tender for a civil works – buildings project with an estimated tender value of ₹33,00,932. The work is to be completed within a period of 90 days. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) required is ₹66,020, and the tender fee is ₹8,301. The bid submission period starts on 28th July 2026, 09:00 AM, and concludes on 11th August 2026, 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on 11th August 2026, 01:00 PM, at Nawanshahr. A valid enlistment with Punjab PWD B and R Branch for building works is mandatory.
