ESIC Hospital Puducherry: Electrical Fire Safety & Alarm System Installation Works

Work Description - Balance Works For Providing Fire Safety Systems For Esic Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry Comprising (a) Fire Fighting System, Automatic Sprinkler System Including Fire Extingushers And Connected Connected Allied Works, And (b) Addressable Intelligent Fire Alarm System, Photo Luminescent Exit Signages, Emergency Excavation, Public Address (pa) System And Connected Allied Works.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer (Electrical), Puducherry, invites open percentage bids (NIT/RFP NO: 14/EE(E)(Puducherry)/CPWD/2026-27) for comprehensive Electrical Works under the "Balance works for providing Fire Safety Systems for ESIC Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry." This critical project, estimated at ₹ 77,87,129 (Rupees Seventy-Seven Lakh Eighty-Seven Thousand One Hundred and Twenty-Nine Only), encompasses both Fire Fighting Systems (including Automatic Sprinkler Systems, Fire Extinguishers, and allied works) and Addressable Intelligent Fire Alarm Systems (Photo Luminescent Exit Signages, Emergency Excavation, Public Address (PA) System, and allied works). The tender, with a completion period of 3 months, was e-published and made available for download and bid submission starting from 24th June 2026 at 08:43 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,55,743, payable to the Executive Engineer(Puducherry), CPWD, Puducherry, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, is required. Bidders must also provide essential documents including an Enlistment Order, a non-blacklisting affidavit, a Certificate of ERP training as per CPWD O.M.DG/Enlist.Rules-2023/Misc./25 dated 15.03.2024, and a GST Registration Certificate (or undertaking).
