The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the Comprehensive Annual Maintenance, High side & low side and Running and Operation of various Chiller Plants at JIPMER Campus, Puducherry. The scope of work includes 2 x 200TR Screw type Chiller plants and Low side for Library block, 2 x 250TR Screw Chiller plants and low side for hospital block, 2 x 200 TR Chiller plants and low side for hospital block, 2 x 200TR Chiller plant and low side at New Blood Bank, 3 Nos. 120 TR R134a based Blue Star make screw chiller and Low side in New Animal House. NIT/RFP NO is 38/EE(E)(Puducherry)/CPWD/2025-26. This Electrical work is estimated to cost ₹23,44,128, and the time allowed for completion is 2 months. An EMD of ₹46,883 is required, payable in favor of Executive Engineer(Puducherry).CPWD,Puducherry via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
