The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the development of iste and bulk services (Civil plus Electrical) for the Regional Cancer Centre Annex Building at Navarkumlam corner of JIPMER Campus Puducherry. This project, with NIT/RFP NO 15/SE/EE(Puducherry)/CPWD/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 2,61,13,698 and includes two sub-works: (1) Providing and laying Cement Concrete Road for easy access to fire and Emergency Vehicles, Construction of RCC Retaining Wall along with rear side Road including Construction of RCC storm water drain on the rear side and providing and laying 100mm diameter water supply piplelines from water mains near WCH to Fire fighting UG Sump of Regional Cancer Center, and (2) Providing and Fixing 15mm thick Anti-slip full body vitrified tiles on Existing Ramp area of Regional Cancer Annex Building.
