The PWD, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites open tenders for providing architectural and structural consultancy services for the construction of a Multipurpose Hall and Examination Hall at SCS Govt Degree College Mendhar, Tehsil Mendhar, District Poonch. This is the 2nd Call for this project, encompassing vetting and proof-checking of structural and architectural drawings. The tender, referenced as e-NIT No 71 of 2025-26 Dated 15-11-2025, requires bidders to submit tenders through a two-cover system. Cover 1 should include requisite documents such as Affidavits, Registration card, PAN, GST details, EMD, and other technical qualification details as per e-NIT, while Cover 2 will contain the financial bid as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The last date for downloading the tender document and bid submission is 21-Nov-2025 at 06:55 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 22-Nov-2025 at 10:00 AM at the office of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER PWD RB DIVISION MENDHAR, who serves as the Tender Inviting Authority. The BOQ details are available for reference in a separate document. The validity of the bid is 120 days, and the period of work is 45 days.
