The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, through CWE, HQ 136 Works Engineers, invites open tenders for comprehensive maintenance of OTM accommodation, including the repair and replacement of kitchen cabinets for MD OTM accommodation at Jalapahar, Katapahar, and Kurseong areas under AGE I Darjeeling. This "Works" tender, referenced as CWE/136-WE/89 OF 2025-26, is valued at ₹12,30,000 with a work period of 240 days. Eligible bidders should be Class E, Category a(i) contractors. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission deadline of February 25, 2026, at 06:00 PM, and a bid opening date of February 26, 2026, at 06:00 PM. A fixed EMD of ₹24,600 is required, payable to AGE(I) Darjeeling, along with a tender fee of ₹500, also payable to AGE(I) Darjeeling. Both EMD and Tender fee exemptions are allowed. The tender requires a two-cover submission: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents, including scanned copies of the application, DD for tender cost, enlistment letter with enclosures, provident fund code number, GST registration number, and stipulated documents as per para 8 (b) (iv) of appx A to NIT; and a second cover for the Finance component, including tender documents, NIT, and BOQ. The bid validity period is 60 days. Payment can be made via Bankers Cheque or Demand Draft.
