The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services, acting through GE (AF) JORHAT, invites open tenders for the "REPAIR TO GALVALUME SHEETS, ROOF TREATMENT, STEEL LADDERS, CLEANING OF WATER/PVC TANKS WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AND MISC WORKS IN CERTAIN BLDGS AT DOMESTIC AREA AT AFS UNDER GE (AF) JORHAT" . This is an item rate contract, and the Tender Reference Number is 8755/E8. The estimated period of work is 180 days. The tender documents can be downloaded from 17-Nov-2025 05:00 PM to 08-Dec-2025 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 02-Dec-2025 09:00 AM and 08-Dec-2025 06:00 PM, and will be opened on 09-Dec-2025 06:05 PM at the office of GE (AF) JORHAT. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000 is required, payable to GE (AF) JORHAT, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD Exemption. The tender fee is ₹500, also payable to GE (AF) Jorhat. Interested bidders must submit scanned copies of required documents in two covers, including firm letter head with documents for tender application, enlistment letter, DD/BC for EMD, Provident Fund Code Number, GST Registration Number and other documents as per NIT. Cover 1 includes application on letter head of firm for issue of Tender with documents mentioned in NIT and Cover 2 contains the tender document and BOQ.
