The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the "ARMO of specialized electrical and mechanical equipment" at multiple locations in Mumbai, including ITO Flats, Darbhanga House, and CR Apartments, along with the "Running and maintenance of specialized electrical and mechanical equipments lifts, FAS, wet riser, DG set at CR Apartments". This composite electrical work, estimated at ₹5,19,078, also includes the SITC of 3 Nos. 3 Phase horizontal openwell submersible pumps for the ITO flats.
