The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the construction of 39 Residential Quarters, a four-story RCC framed structure comprised of Type-II (24 Nos), Type-III (08 Nos), Type-IV (06 Nos), and Type-V (1 No), including Water Supply and Electrical Installation for Bn HQ at BSF, Dhangri, Rajouri (J&K). This is a composite, general, and civil work project under NIT/RFP NO 57/EE/Jammu Division/2025-26/2. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 21,16,07,488 with a time allowed of 540 days.
