Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Public Sector Undertaking, invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible entities for the selection of an Implementation Partner. This EOI is a precursor to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the comprehensive procurement, supply, installation, and maintenance of an IP-based CCTV surveillance system. The proposed system is intended for deployment across four universities under the purview of the Higher Education Department (HED), Government of Odisha. Prospective bidders are advised that the EOI document is available for download from August 3, 2026, at 01:30 PM until August 19, 2026, at 03:00 PM.
