The Engineer-in-Chief (PH), Odisha, Bhubaneswar, representing the State Government Organisation PHEO, invites eligible and qualified bidders to participate in a National Competitive Bid (NCB) under Tender Reference Number EICPH-01/2026-27 Dtd.11.06.2026 (Tender ID: 2026_PHEO_132270_11).
