The Public Health Engineering Organisation (PHEO), a State Government undertaking in Odisha, through its Engineer-in-Chief (PH) in Bhubaneswar, invites National Competitive Bids (NCB) for a Request for Proposal (RFP) concerning the Construction, Testing, and Commissioning of a comprehensive Sewerage System, Sewage Treatment Plant, and Effluent Treatment Plant at SDH Chatrapur. This significant Civil Works - Water Works project, identified by Tender Reference Number EICPH-01/2026-27 Dtd.11.06.2026, requires a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 10,000 (exemption allowed) and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 5,00,000, for which a Bank Guarantee/Security Deposit or exemption is permissible.
