The National Rural Roads Development Agency (NRRDA) invites bids for post DLP Maintenance of PMGSY Roads in Keonjhar District, Package No. PM-KJR-14. This National Competitive Bid (NCB-38/RWCKJR/2025-26) encompasses the maintenance of roads A- Mochinda to Sardhapur, (B)-Bidyadharpur to Bodhagadia Road, (C)-SH 53 to Sadangi, and (D) Mareigaon to Apsara, for the year 2024-25. The estimated tender value is ₹2,41,06,097 and the period of work is 90 days. A fixed EMD of ₹4,83,000 is required, payable to the Superintending Engineer, R.W. Division, Anandapur, Keonjhar. A tender fee of ₹10,000 is also applicable, payable to OSRRA Bhubaneswar. Interested bidders can download tender documents from January 17, 2026, 09:00 AM to January 28, 2026, 05:00 PM. Bid submission commences on January 17, 2026, 09:00 AM and closes on January 28, 2026, 05:00 PM. Bids will be opened on January 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of the Chief Construction Engineer, R.W. Circle, Keonjhar. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the same location. The tender requires submission in two covers: one for Fee/PreQual/Technical documents (including Tender Paper Cost, EMD, Registration Certificate, GSTIN, PAN, Affidavits etc.) and another for the BOQ (Finance).
