The E-IN-C Branch - Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for "WELCOME MAINT AND INTERNAL PERIODICAL OF JCOs ORs ACCN AND EXTERNAL PERIODICAL IN COLLEGE AND TRAINING AREA BLDG UNDER GE I GOS". The Garrison Engineer I GOS is the authority inviting this tender (Tender Reference Number GE/GOS/TOK/154 OF 2025-26). This is an Item Rate contract. Interested bidders can download the tender documents starting January 30, 2026, at 06:55 PM and must submit their bids by February 24, 2026, at 06:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for February 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the office of Garrison Engineer I GOS. A fixed EMD of ₹80,000 is required, payable to Garrison Engineer I GOS at GOLABANDHA, and the tender fee is ₹500, also payable to the same authority at GOLABANDHA. The period of work is 180 days. Scanned copies of the tender fee, application, EMD, letter of Registration of MES, documents as per NIT meeting criteria for tender for un-enlisted contractor in MES, provident fund code number, and GST registration certificate (excluding NIT BOQ) should be included in Cover 1. The BOQ should be included in Cover 2.
