The bid validity is 90 days. Two covers are required: Cover 1 should include Proof of Tender cost and EMD, Registration Certificate, PAN, GSTIN and Affidavit, while Cover 2 should include the Bill of Quantity, Proof of ownership of machineries, lease deed, MOU other documents and forms as per DTCN.
