EIC-CIVIL, a State Govt. and UT organization, invites tenders for building work under National Competitive Bid, tender reference number CCE.Ctc.(RandB)1/2025-26. The project, titled "Fire Safety Measure in respect of different building in the premises of Odisha Judicial Academy Cutack" and valued at ₹2,69,01,986, aims to enhance fire safety measures in various buildings within the Odisha Judicial Academy premises in Cuttack. The work, described as "Building work," must be completed within a period of 120 days. Interested bidders can download tender documents starting from June 16, 2025, at 04:00 PM and must submit their bids by June 30, 2025, at 05:30 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹2,69,100 is required, though EMD exemption is allowed under certain conditions. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹10,000 is also applicable. The bid opening is scheduled for July 1, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the office of CCE Cuttack RandB Circle, the tender inviting authority located in Cuttack. This is a two-cover bid.
