The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the GARRISION ENGINEER I GOS (located at GOPALPUR MILITARY STATION, PO GOLABANDHA, DIST GANJAM, ODISHA 761052), invites eligible contractors for an Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: GE/GOS/TOK/55 OF 2026-27) for comprehensive day-to-day B/R maintenance work. This significant Civil Works project involves the repair and replacement of electrical wiring, including all connected fittings and fixtures, within certain MD accommodations (JCOs/OR) at Perumal Enclave and Jesudaasan Enclave, as well as at 19 AD Regt and other MD Accns under GE (I) GOS, located in GOS. The tender documents were e-published and made available for download starting from 19-Jun-2026 at 06:00 PM, with the deadline for document download set for 13-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. Bids can be submitted from 06-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM until the submission deadline of 13-Jul-2026 at 06:00 PM. The bids will be opened on 20-Jul-2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of GARRISION ENGINEER I GOS. Prospective bidders are required to pay a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹90,000, both payable to "GARRISION ENGINEER I GOS" at GOLABANDHA, through Bankers Cheque, Demand Draft, or FDR. The contract is structured as an Item Rate contract with a stipulated period of work of 180 days and a bid validity of 60 days. Bidders must submit their proposals in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including scanned copies of tender fee, application, EMD, MES registration, provident fund code, GST registration, and other NIT criteria), and Cover 2 exclusively for the financial bid (BOQ).
