The Garrison Engineer (GE) Chilka, under the E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, is pleased to announce an Open Tender for the "WELCOME MAINTENANCE OF OFFICERS AND SAILORS MARRIED ACCOMMODATION AT INS CHILKA UNDER GE CHILKA". This civil works contract, identified by Tender Reference Number GE/CHL/8228 OF 2026-27, has an estimated Tender Value of ₹15,00,000 and a Work Period of 270 days. Applications are invited from MES Enlisted contractors of Class E Category a(i). The Tender Fee is ₹500, payable to GE Chilka via Demand Draft at SBI INS Chilka, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹30,000, also payable to GE Chilka and acceptable in BG/ST or through exemption. Bidders must submit their bids in two covers, with Cover 1 containing scanned copies of the application, demand draft for tender cost, enlistment documents, GST registration, EPF code, and bid securing declaration, all in PDF format. Cover 2 is exclusively for the BOQ in Excel format.
